Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3

After defeating Bowser and his evil plan at Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 2, the two Mario brothers decided to reward themselves for a vacation at Yoshi Land. But not long, a bad thing happened, when their son: Baby Mario and Baby Luigi were kidnapped by strangers. In an attempt to find his father, the two babies have strayed into a mysterious door, leading to another universe, called the worlds of Yoshi Land. In fact, one of the six Koopalings set up this trap to kidnap them and forced the two Mario brothers to participate in a death game.

Compared to Super Mario World, Serie exploits the theme of Yoshi Land with many differences. First of all, it’s about skill. Mario can ride his friend Yoshi, a colorful dinosaur, to fight. The basic skills like running, jumping, or stepping on enemies to destroy them remain the same. But with a new element, Yoshi’s tongue can be used to catch and eat other enemies, then turn him into a bullet or an egg to continue to attack another target. Clearly, we see that the fighting ability has been improved that he can even fly higher and longer into the air. Therefore, the monsters appearing on the way are not really a danger, but the design of new pitfalls or bottomless holes makes the character lose their life quite frequently.

Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3 has six worlds, corresponding to 56 levels to pass. Of course, the design is different, to give players the best experience. The first world looks like grass steppes, and it was ruled by Poochy, Molliccione, Bump Sordino, and Goffry Balloon bosses while the last world is set in the kingdom of Bowser, with dark scenery, evoking dangers. In order to cope with the increasing difficulties, the developer added some special items to help Mario gain more lives, increase strength, and give Yoshi special abilities. In some environments, he can change shape to become a submarine, helicopter, or train so you can move and fight to complete the goals of the plot. This is one of the creative points that many people appreciate, so as not to bring boredom.
