Super Metroid Redesign is the very first full hack created with SMILE. Although the story remains unchanged, access to Tourian is done differently by activating Chozo statues scattered throughout Zebes. New objects, graphics and gameplay have been added. Metroid Redesign also has a higher difficulty than the original as well as movements that are too fast and hard to master.
