Pokemon Stadium est un jeu sans licence vaguement basé sur le jeu Nintendo 64 du même nom, produit pour la SNES par un développeur inconnu.
Le jeu dispose de deux modes: Arcade et VS, avec douze pokemon jouables.
Le gameplay de Pokémon Stadium se compose de combat à 1 contre 1. Chaque Pokémon possède quatre attaques. L’attaque 1 étant la plus faible, mais coûtant la moins cher, et l’attaque 4 étant la plus forte, mais coûte la plus cher. Chaque fois qu’une attaque est effectuée, le Pokémon Défenseur peut choisir de se défendre ou de s’évader. La défense est basée sur la chance et réduit seulement les dommages.
