The adventures of Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald continue in Pokemon Silver Moon, which takes place almost entirely in the Johto region. This game is a continuation of those adventures. The events of Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal take place two years before the beginning of this game in an alternate version of Johto. Giovanni is still the leader of Team Rocket in this version of Johto. But things aren’t looking so good in the upper echelons of Team Rocket, and there are a lot of unforeseeable events that are going to mess up the criminal organization’s carefully laid plans.
The new master of the Hoenn League, which would be us if we were playing this ROM, takes a trip to Johto for his vacation. When he arrived there, a professor was being harassed by a Pokémon; this marked the beginning of a new journey and an exciting new adventure.
