As the name has somewhat mentioned, Excitebike 64 is a terrain racing game. The game is the second version of the Excite series. First developed in 3D, the game proved that it was not inferior to any other racing games of that time. Starting each race, players are free to choose one of the six available riders. In addition, mini-games such as Stunt Course, Hill Climb, a Soccer, or Desert Track are also integrated. To move through the terrain, in addition to the main track that the game displays, the player can also accelerate through using shortcuts. They can be created by driving at a faster pace gradually to create inertia or by slowing down and changing direction.
