Dragon Ball Z: Collectible Card Game is a card game, featuring a turn-based strategy style and recreates the most famous battles in the Series of the same title. In particular, there are four discoverable chapters: The Warriors Return, The Awakening, Destructive Fury, Fusion, and Clash of Sagas. Although there is no detailed plot, they will take place sequentially as the happenings in the film, and there will be the appearance of the villains in certain stages.
The player will act as a gladiator, and the ultimate goal is to defeat all of the enemies in arenas by using cards. Each turn, options will be made, including Table, Use, Pass, Final, and Attack. Depending on the choice, and the character will perform the action that the effectiveness of the attack will vary. But there are two cases where players are arbitrated to win without having to fight: Earn all seven dragon ball cards or character cards that reach the maximum attribute and level. However, these two conditions are difficult for newbies to play, and even at later stages. Most results will be determined when one of the two gladiators no longer has a Life Deck left. In the original set of cards, there were two types: characters and skills. In it, players will choose two skills as well as two heroes to perform, respectively. Goku, Gohan, Krillin, or Kame are all can be played. They are designed with attribute points and three specific levels. The beginning is level one, which can be evolved through a state of irritation or mechanism of anger. Of course, in this case, the combat capability will be improved to a higher level.
Regarding cards, they are designed in a variety and have many attributes. Some of them are Combat, Physical Attacks, Energy Attacks, or Dragonballs. All are important, and I’ll explain it a bit. With Physical Attacks, players need to grasp the enemy’s energy level to come up with effective tactics. For example, when Guldo has a maximum energy level of 50,000, attacking Goku while he is having a much higher energy level of 1,000,000 seems to cause no harm at all. So what’s the solution? Lowering his mana to 0, then he will even lose his life in just a single move. As for Dragonballs, this card has a unique ability, which is used to increase damage points, activate anger and sometimes is robbing another Dragonballs card from an opponent if winning. “DRAGONBALL Z – COLLECTABLE CARD GAME” seems to be a pure strategy game with many exciting things to discover.
