Super Mario Bros. 64 is a rom hack created by Kaze Emanuar that uses the Super Mario 64 engine to recreate the original Super Mario Bros. game from the NES. There are 32 new levels from SMB, as well as three perfectly reproduced power-ups. Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi are the four playable characters, and each of them has a different jump height. *Plot* To save Princess Peach from the game’s primary antagonist, Bowser, Mario, his brother Luigi, Wario, and their friend Waluigi travel to the Mushroom Kingdom. They must move through side-scrolling levels using power-ups like the Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, and Starman to avoid dangers like enemies and pits. The ending sequence, which features a picture of Princess Peach and the word “Thank You!,” is activated after completing the last level, “World 8-4”.
