Bomberman

Bomberman is an action game released by Nintendo in 1987. The game was developed with the gameplay of bombs destroying familiar enemies. Players will control their character in an available map. Their mission is to use bombs to overcome obstacles and destroy enemies.

The game is divided into 50 levels with increasing difficulty. To destroy enemies, players need to overcome obstacles. On the first level, they are put into a maze, each room separated by a wall. Owning weapons is a bomb with unlimited numbers, players will use it to destroy all obstacles to find where the enemy lurks. With the view from above, players easily find the fastest path to destroy the opponent. When destroying obstacles, players will be able to receive some useful items such as shoes, medicine, hearts, and bombs. Collecting boots will help the character increase the movement speed. Potions will help strengthen each bomb. The explosive effect of the bomb is also nicer when they gather more potions. Players can pick up bombs in two forms: active bombs and items that increase the number of bombs. If they see a bomb in action, they need to hurry away from the bomb before it explodes. Players will lose a heart if bombs blow them up. When placing bombs to destroy obstacles, they also need to ensure a safe distance. If the player stands too close to the bomb, it can also cause the player to lose their heart. They can have up to five hearts in each match. When they run out of hearts, they will return to the nearest level to restart the game. Destroying enemies at the end of each level takes the player to the next level.

Each level will have a different map but the player’s goal is still to destroy all enemies on the map. When the player goes through 10 levels, the number of enemies that appear will increase. They can move to dodge the bombs they set off. To destroy them, players must collect a lot of accessories to upgrade and increase the power of the bomb. For example, they will place two bombs at either end to block enemy movement. However, players need to collect a lot of boots to move fast, to avoid enemies escaping. With the last levels, the movement speed of enemies is faster and players will be more difficult to destroy them. Destroying fast obstacles and collecting many support items will help them quickly complete the mission.
